This policy covers how ICMP ONLINE treats personal information that we collect and receive. General: ICMP ONLINE collects personal information when you register with us and when you enter promotions or other events. When you register we ask for information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, age, gender, postcode, interests etc. We use this information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients. ICMP ONLINE also collects information related to courses undertaken, courses delivered either independently by ICMP ONLINE or in partnership with other eduction providers or academic institutions. This information is stored according to specified retention policies which relate to each particular course or qualification. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
ICMP ONLINE does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances: We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with ICMP ONLINE under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help ICMP ONLINE communicate with you about offers from us and/or our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information; We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law. ICMP ONLINE is also obliged to share information with trusted academic and educational partners where agreements exist for the provision of certain courses or qualifications.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees or academic or educational partners who we believe reasonably need or have a right to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

ICMP ONLINE LTD will charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of providing a copy of such information.
